Founder & Director | Beauty & SPMU Specialist
Rita is the Founder and Director of Rita&Phil’s Salon, and her passion for the beauty industry is at the heart of everything she does.
She genuinely loves her work, her clients and salon life. For Rita, the salon has never been simply a business — it is something she has built with love, dedication and incredibly high standards.
With years of experience in the beauty industry, Rita has developed a particular passion for semi-permanent makeup, alongside advanced beauty and skin treatments. She is constantly learning, developing her skills and looking for new ways to bring the very best treatments and experience to her clients.
Rita loves creating a warm, welcoming environment where clients can relax, feel looked after and leave feeling confident and beautiful.
When she’s not at the salon, Rita’s happiest spending time at home with her family and children. She also has a slightly unusual favourite hobby — tidying the house while thinking about work and new ideas for the salon!
For Rita, beauty isn’t just a career — it’s something she truly loves.

Phil Jacimovic
Phil is the Founder and Director of Rita&Phil’s Salon, with more than 20 years of experience in the hairdressing industry.
An experienced hairstylist specialising in cutting and styling, Philip has a natural eye for shape, detail and creating a style that works beautifully for each individual client.
Over the years, Philip has built wonderful, long-standing relationships with his clients. His friendly, relaxed approach, combined with his experience and attention to detail, makes clients feel comfortable and confident in his chair.
For Philip, great hair is not just about the finished style — it’s about listening to his clients, understanding what works for them and making sure they leave the salon feeling their best.
Together with Rita, Philip is incredibly proud of the salon they have created and the talented team around them.
Away from the salon, Philip enjoys spending quality time with his family and making the most of life outside work.
